We have implemented the method of "Secondary Sorting and Four Classifications" in Taizhou City, by which organic perishable waste and other waste are put in separate bags to achieve precise front-end household separation. The waste is reasonably laid out at drop-off points, and cleaners come to collect the waste regularly and carry out secondary sorting so as to standardize the mid-end collection and transportation. In addition, according to the different characteristics of waste such as recyclable, organic and perishable, toxic and harmful waste,etc., specialized treatment is carried out in different categories to achieve ecological end disposal.

This 200t/d project uses anaerobic process to carry out full fermentation of organic matter from kitchen waste after oil extraction, while the biogas is purified and used for power generation. The biogas fluid is separated from the digestate and before entering the treatment system. All devices are under negative pressure to effectively contain odor.

The recovery center was approved by the government to operate under the BOT model. Covering an area of 6.7 hectares, it can dispose 1.5 million tonnes of waste per year. It uses integrated grinding equipment to achieve classified collection and recycling of construction waste through four processes: pre-treatment stacking, crushing and sorting, grading storage, and deep processing.

Introduction: Phase I is designed to take in15 tonnes/day while Phase II 40 tonnes/day. Phase I adopts manual sorting lines, and Phase II plans to apply automatic sorting in order to achieve more efficient sorting and recycling.
