CNTY owns cutting-edge manufacturing technologies for horizontal reciprocating mechanical grate that has been widely applied in Europe.
2.Together with the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we have established the Jiangsu Provincial Waste-to-Energy Power Generation and Equipment Manufacturing Research Center. The Center analyzes China's municipal solid waste characterized by high moisture, high ash content, low calorific value and difficulty for sorting, and has developed a new type of high-efficiency, low-cost WTE grate furnace that targets at China's municipal solid waste. This invention has obtained multiple patents.
3.CNTY has a smart assembly base for manufacturing complete equipment for environmental protection. Covering an area of 40,000 square meters, the base accommodates nearly 100 sets of manufacturing and testing equipment, from parts processing to finished product assembly and debugging. CNTY workshop is also equipped with the industrial robotic welding system, MES system and fully automated machining center to monitor the entire production process and has been certified as an Intelligent Workshop.
