During the meeting, Chairman Yan expressed his gratitude to the Maldivian government for the strong support to CNTY's developments in Maldives, and made further arrangements for expanding CNTY's investments in Maldives' environmental protection and new energy sectors. He stressed CNTY's commitment to setting up world-class model projects in Maldives, so as to foster better living environments for local residents, and boost the sustainable economic and social development there.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Zameer, Minister of Finance Shafeeq, and Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Muththalib commended the fruitful cooperation between CNTY and the Maldives, and expected CNTY to play a greater role in propelling the Maldives' sustainable development. The Maldives will continue to work closely with CNTY on these mutually beneficial cooperation projects of urban services, waste-to-energy power generation and new energy, to deliver more tangible and green benefits to the local people.

This meeting manifests proactive follow-up actions to implement the consensus reached between Chairman Yan and the Maldivian President Muizzu in January this year. Following the concrete work plan reached at this meeting, CNTY will speed up its investments in Maldives, to play a part in promoting the green Belt and Road.圖片2
