The recovery center was approved by the government to operate under the BOT model. Covering an area of 6.7 hectares, it can dispose 1.5 million tonnes of waste per year. It uses integrated grinding equipment to achieve classified collection and recycling of construction waste through four processes: pre-treatment stacking, crushing and sorting, grading storage, and deep processing.
